Pursuant to Texas Education Code Section 51.9337(b)(3) and UT System Board of Regents Rule 20901, Section 4, The University of Texas at Austin has created the Contract Management Handbook which provides contracting policies, procedures, including a risk analysis. The Contract Management Handbook provides a description of each step of the procedure used to evaluate and process contracts. The Handbook has been approved by Legal Affairs and UT System.
