The Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) and Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) certifications provide employees with the knowledge and credentials needed to successfully perform procurement and contract-related duties within the State of Texas.
UT employees who identify as buyers and/or procurement professionals and whose job description requires procurement certification must complete the appropriate CTCD or CTCM certification.
 

Training and registration are managed by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
