To coincide with the March 2 implementation date, all solicitations must be submitted through the University’s Euna (Bonfire) portal. This process ensures a consistent and compliant solicitation process that standardizes the intake process across campus to improve tracing and visibility and support compliance with University and State procurement requirements. To support this process, training sessions will be offered to walk users through the outlined expectations and provide guidance on successful submissions.

-    Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
-    Invitations to Bid (ITBs)
-    Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
-    Quote Requests
 

Quick Guide
1.    Visit EUNA (Bonfire)
2.    Select “Register” in the Top Right Corner of the Screen
 

3.    Choose “Create a Requester Account”
 

4.    Enter your UT Email Address, Confirm the Email, and Select “Create Account”
 

5.    Follow the Prompts to Complete Registration
