New Mileage Reimbursement Rate Effective 1/1/2025
On January 1, 2025, the standard mileage rates for the use of a car (including vans, pickups, or panel trucks) will change. The new rate for travel occurring on or after January 1, 2025 are:
70.0 cents per mile for business miles driven
The rate of 67.00 cents per mile will apply for travel dates prior to January 1, 2025.
Note: The rate of reimbursement is affected by the travel date, not the reimbursement date.
